TILOS Details
ProDIGIQ’s Training Management System, TILOS, provides Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) with a centralized platform to manage training requirements, course content, exams, and completion records across the workforce.
TILOS automates training administration by allowing ANSPs to create courses, assign training based on role or department, and track completion status in real time. Advanced alerts notify personnel and managers of upcoming, overdue, or expired training so requirements can be addressed before they affect operational readiness or compliance.
The system maintains a central repository of training content and associated records, while dashboards provide visibility into workforce training status and areas requiring attention.
