Training Content Module Details

The Training Content Module allows Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) to create, manage, and update training courses and associated exams within one centralized platform.

ANSPs can develop role-specific training for operational, technical, and administrative functions, while instructors can upload supporting materials such as presentations and PDF documents. Exams can include multiple question formats, defined time limits, and configurable passing thresholds.

The Module’s flexible architecture allows instructors to update course content as requirements, procedures, and organizational needs evolve, helping ensure training materials remain current and relevant.

Additional Subject Information

Training content is most effective when it reflects the actual responsibilities and operating environment of the personnel receiving it. Within ANS, training needs can vary significantly across operational and technical roles, making a one-size-fits-all approach ineffective.

Initial and recurrent training both play an important role in maintaining competency. As procedures, technologies, and regulatory requirements change, course content must be updated to ensure personnel continue to receive accurate and relevant instruction.

Centralized training content also helps organizations maintain consistency. Rather than recreating materials for each session, ANSPs can maintain approved courses, exams, and supporting documents in one location and update them as needed.

A structured training content process helps reduce administrative effort while supporting more consistent delivery of training across the organization.
