Module Details
ProDIGIQ's Safety Management System, ProSafeT, includes the Safety Reporting Module which provides a platform for military personnel, such as Flight Crew, Maintenance, and Ground Staff, to voluntarily submit safety reports in a seamless manner. The Safety Reporting Module can support military-specific processes, such as the DoD Aviation Hazard Reporting and its various report types across Components and Services, such as USAF HazRep and Army Operational Hazard Report. The reporting forms are configurable to meet data collection requirements for each report type. The module also provides a customized workflow for processing safety reports to meet military-specific operations, Personnel can link related safety events, launching investigations directly from the report view, and mitigate risks. The module manages submitted reports and facilitates meetings to effectively address safety concerns with remedial Corrective Actions and Recommendations.
