System Details

ProDIGIQ's Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) Solution (SIROS) provides a central and integrated platform for managing all aspects of an AQP. SIROS enhances efficiency in AQP training and evaluation processes through streamlined data collection/analysis, improved crew resource management and through a comprehensive quality control process for monitoring, validating, and maintaining the effectiveness of curriculum content and performance standards. With integrations between SIROS’ curriculum database and varying aspects of the platform such as electronic forms, revisions made to curriculums will be reflected on associated forms automatically, eliminating duplication of efforts. Additionally, through this integration, Qualification Standards can be referenced while completing electronic forms. The system also enhances curriculum version control, streamlines training planning/scheduling, provides easy retrieval of employee qualifications/employee data and automates the creation of internal and FAA reports.

Understanding that each airline may have its unique business rules and operational nuances, SIROS provides advanced configuration features that allow users to manage a variety of system settings, including user permissions, process workflows, custom querying, electronic form management and more. In addition, SIROS allows organizations to have increased control over their training and evaluation processes with the ability to manage multiple unique grading scales for different curriculums/lessons and for managing predetermined instructor/evaluator comment options. To further improve operational efficiency, SIROS provides an abundance of automated features including dissemination of internal and FAA reports, alerting and scheduling of recurring training.

Additional Subject Information

Most AQP applicants have elected to make use of software tools which facilitate the entire process of applying front end analysis to curriculum development. These tools are useful in keeping track of the relationships between various levels of tasks, SKAs (skills, knowledge, and abilities), proficiency objectives, courseware, media, training devices, and so on. Such tools reduce the time and labor costs associated with developing a particular AQP. To the extent that common elements exist which may be applied across AQP's, they facilitate the identification and reapplication of such elements, and may reduce an applicant's subsequent AQP development cost.

An AQP must collect performance proficiency data on students, instructors, and evaluators and conduct airline internal analyses of such information for the purpose of curriculum refinement and validation. Participants are also required to forward certain data to the FAA in digital electronic format on a routine basis.

Benefits of AQP Software

  • Automated and cohesive solution for the entire AQP process
  • Automatic alerts improve communication of actionable items
  • Reduction of labor and associated labor costs
  • Generate FAA reports easily with all data required at the push of a button
  • Track all performance proficiency data in one place

Signs That AQP Software is Needed

  • Important AQP data is stored in different silos and unable to be linked together
  • Duplication of efforts in managing AQP
  • Unable to easily pull needed information for reports, training, etc.
  • Difficulties editing curriculums and managing version control
